Shipping policy

Same-day shipping
Orders received by 3 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day.

Orders received after 3 p.m. Central Time ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday ship the next business day.

Shipping and delivery
Same-day shipping means your order leaves our warehouse that day. It does not mean same-day delivery. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your destination.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, your package appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact our team with your order number and we'll help.

Address changes
Because most orders ship the same day, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We can't change an address once the order has shipped.
